After having been home, you know it takes a lot to call Irish weather beautiful! This week has been very nice though. The weather is a "warm (for Ireland)" 65 degrees, which means we're spending most of our days outside. (And in case you were wondering, this makes for PERFECT clothesline weather)
Because I have an extra set of hands (Taylor), we were able to walk about a mile to Killavullen's "pitch" (soccer field) with Eoghan on his bike and Katie in the 'buggy'. Eoghan is still very wobbly on his bike, so without Taylor I haven't been able to take him past their driveway on his bike. Even with my help he wasn't really able to battle the hill they live on.
As much climbing as Katie does, she still can't figure out how to get the second leg in the walker! P.S. She had no interest in using this walker when she actually needed to practice walking
Yesterday we spent most of our day out on the trampoline. The weather was gorgeous. Taylor is still getting adjusted to the Irish climate, so she was a little cold, but Eoghan, Katie, and I were perfectly content.

The weather was a little cooler today, so when Katie went down for her nap, Eoghan, Taylor, and I went baking. We brought back the ingredients to make cake batter cookies, so gave Eoghan the treat of trying the American specialty. By 5 o'clock this evening, Taylor and I had decided he'd eaten at LEAST 11 cookies!! (And his mom was wondering why he wasn't eating his dinner....!)
